All Myself to You - Yiruma
cheerful
Forsaking all others, are these not the vows? And maybe that is why I have never taken them, but would I for you? Could I for you? Most importantly, perhaps... could you reconcile asking me to?
Back to my roots today, for it is to them we must stay true. With fervently renewed devotion I return, overcome by a wave of unexpected gallantry, but I cannot help but ask myself: am I so easily won over by one simple gesture of compassion? The answer of course is "no" — I was won long ago, and by gestures exhibiting nothing close to a care.
But time has passed, and men, like wine, tend to mellow with maturity. And you should know by now that it will never matter the stage of your aging; yours will always be my favorite vintage.
When you grow up, if you still feel raw about it, I'll be waiting.
